Connie is looking forward to stepping into Ginger Simpson's well-worn cowgirl boots to the helm of  "Dish'n It Out".  Just so the reader know, Connie isn't a sissy-city-girl.  Growing up in a military family, Connie called many places home--including San Diego horse country, the Texas panhandle, and the deep South.
