In Memoriam of Dale Thompson

A fallen feather from his wing drifts down from heaven's gate...
As a gentle reminder that passing is our eventual fate.

A dear friend and colleague has left a gaping hole,
and everyone who knew him feels sadness in their soul.

May the peace and harmony Dale found on earth continue up above, and may he always be surrounded by lots and lots of love.

Rest in Peace our dear friend Dale Thompson (writing as Pat Dale).

Condolences to his family and friends. Please know he will be missed.

  2. I am heartsick. Pat Dale was one of the first writers who took me under his wing when I entered the publishing world. Surprised the heck out of me, I mean, he'd long been multi-published and I was amazed that I, a raw newbie, had even entered his radar. I loved that man. And I'll miss him. Terribly.

  3. I am truly heartbroken to find out Pat passed away. He fought a courageous battle, and appeared to be on the mend, writing again, communicating to me how good he felt during Thanksgiving, that he was given a second chance.

My deepest prayers and thoughts go out to his wife, Patricia, and family.

He was such a nice man, known him for a few years, and he will truly be missed.

Thank you, Ginger, for this tribute to a wonderful man.
