Can I do anything about it? by Rita Karnopp

A Question to Consider

The next time something bothers you, ask yourself:
Can I do anything about it?
Can you get the traffic moving again?
Can you stop the rain?
Can you turn back time and move the cat from under your daughter's feet before she spills dinner all over the kitchen floor?

If you can't change it, accept it.

All the anger in the world can't change the unchangeable; all it can do it swipe minutes from your day and peace from your life.

If you can't do anything about it, move on.
