Season's Greetings from Laura Herbertson

Imagine walking up to this beautiful sight. Laura and her family did last year, and although she admits to cropping her pajama clad, wild-haired self out of the photo, I can still imagine her diving for the packages with her name on them. Thanks for Sharing, Laura, and I hope everyone will drop by Laura's Blog and wish her a Merry Christmas, too.

While you're there, check out the fascinating cover of her new release, Suburban Demon. You might recognize her as the former Laura Elliott, author of The Draconis and the Stallion.

  1. Thanks, Ginger. You can't really tell from the picture but those red floppy things are large, fake cardinal birds. My mom likes birds. The tree looks nice from far away, but when you get close, people usually ask, "what's with the birds?"

  2. We used to have two fake birds, tiny ones held on with wires/clothespins. But the first year we had a cat, he climbed the tree and tried to eat them. Mom was NOT too happy with him!

  3. You both reminded me of stories for future blogs...My mom's one-legged bird and her collection of ceramic cats. :) Thanks
